Brian Herlihy

Mr. Herlihy is the Executive Director of SEACOM, an extensive fiber optic network and pan-African ICT enabler that is driving the development of the African internet. Prior to SEACOM, Mr. Herlihy served as Vice President of Global Alumina Corporation. Mr. Herlihy holds extensive experience in mega-infrastructure projects in Africa spanning a number of disciplines including power generation, chemical processing plants, ports and telecommunications.
